Should a manufacturing materials default occur within one year of purchase, Celtic Beds will either repair or replace the bed free of charge. Thereafter, upto and including the fifth year, a service charge will apply.

All beds are insured through the shipping company, therefore it is important for you to please examine the shipment upon arrival for noticeable damage. If there is damage visible please note it on the delivery receipt. This will help us greatly in filing a claim with the trucking company if we have to.
